Richmond Hall offers a variety of living arrangements. Rooms vary from 1 to 2 students
per room. Rooms usually either open onto a central hallway and share a community bathroom/lounge
areas or are in quads, accommodating up to 12 people in 2 person rooms with a shared
bathroom. Richmond Hall houses 96 students and is for incoming first-year students
and under-class students who are eligible to live on-campus. 

Each room includes the following:

  • wall-to-wall carpet, blinds, microfridge and an AC/heating unit
  • bedrooms are furnished with a twin extra-long bed, wardrobe, dresser, and desk/chair
    for each student in the room
  • utilities included in the room rate are cable, internet, and electric heat/AC

Building amenities include:

  • a large laundry room
  • large multipurpose room for classes, programs and student use

Richmond Hall is staffed by a residence life coordinator and resident assistants.
This building is secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by
students to gain entry to the building and elevators, as well as a front desk that
is staffed 24/7 with either student workers or security guards.
