There are now more than two billion people worldwide who are signed up to a social media platform and the unfortunate reality of ‘modern life’ is that most of us can’t go more than a few minutes without checking our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram apps!

Believe it or not, social media addiction is a real thing and it can be a difficult habit to break! We live in a world where FOMO (the Fear Of Missing Out) rules and we’re all constantly connected to the rest of the world via social media platforms. Whether in the house, out of the house or even in bed; we’re all guilty of paying our Facebook page more attention that our friends and family in the same room as us!
