Manner is a
noun.   It  means
a way of doing
something.

often refers to etiquette or the prevailing customs, norms, or social
conduct of a given culture.

refers to houses or land and can mean

  • an estate
  • the main house on an estate
  • a mansion
  • the domain or residence of a lord in medieval
